Registration

  Register on this page by providing your personal data, selecting the type of registration and choosing one of the payment options. The registration fee and details are 
  • 40,000 yen for regular participants (60,000 yen after May 15. 2006)
  • 20,000 yen for students (30,000 yen after May 15. 2006)
  • 10,000 yen for accompanying persons (15,000 yen after May 15. 2006)
  • The "Regular" Registration Fee includes the admission to all symposium sessions and exhibition, refreshments at short breaks, an abstracts book, proceedings, Get-Together-Party (July 16) and Banquet(July 19).
  • The "Student" Registration Fee includes the admission to all symposium sessions and exhibition, refreshments at short breaks, an abstracts book and Get-Together-Party (July 16).
  • The "Accompany" Registration Fee includes the admission to  exhibition, refreshments at short breaks,  Get-Together-Party (July 16) and Banquet.
  • The "Exhibitor" Registration Fee includes the "Regular" Registration Fee of two persons, and an exhibition space(1.8m×1.8m), and 1 page ad. to be placed in abstract books.

*7.All participants who register after June 15 have to pay their fee by cash at the conference site.

After submission of this information, you will be taken to the confirmation page. On this page you will find your registration number. Please remember your registration number because you will need it later for payment and so on.

Please note that due to the high surcharges, we accept credit card payment only for those participants from countries outside Japan. (The due date for payment is June 15.)

Your registration will be valid at the time we receive the appropriate payment. After payment has been received, you will receive an e-mail confirming your registration. A receipt will be included in your conference materials.

Please make sure that you have a valid visa for entering Japan for the time of the conference.

For those who wish to send money by bank transfer from foreign countries, please remember that the amount to be charged will be increased by 5,000 yen as an extra bank charge.

2.Credit card (only outside of Japan)
Please indicate your credit card organization (VISA, MASTER, or JCB), credit card number, expiry date (month/year) and name of card holder on the fax form. The total amount, comprising conference conference fee will be charged to your credit card at the next possible date. The signature on the application form is essential; otherwise your registration cannot be processed. Do not send your credit card information via internet for your security.
